Show your low back, hips and torso some love and attention with targeted myofascial release (MFR) techniques. This series explores the fascial connections within your body, specifically those that impact the low back region. During these 5 weeks you will explore and discover techniques and tools to help increase range of motion and mobility within the low back. You will learn about fascia, what it is and how it functions as well as specific techniques to rehydrate and mobilize your body. MFR practice can help with pain management, stress reduction, sports recovery and nervous system regulation. Tools and props are provided.
