During each pose the body is greatly supported with bolsters (yoga pillows), blocks, blankets, straps and other tools that allow you to breathe into your body and encourage the flow of blood and healing energy to joints, connective tissue, and muscles that don't always get your full attention. Restorative yoga helps to regulate your nervous system and stress response.

Qigong - Advance Registration Reguired $20 per class From $13 per visit with 10 Classes - Student/Senior pass Purchase required to enroll

Qigong can be done standing, seated, or even laying down. Most commonly, my classes are standing or sitting. My classes contain movements that are light on the joints, soft on the heart, and informed by centuries of traditional Chinese medicinal practice. 5 elements of Chinese medicine, meridians and acupressure points, as well as 6 healing sound practices give me the basis for much of the material I teach.

You can expect a practice that will strengthen your body through intentional and, at times, fun movement. You can also expect to connect to your breath and learn to use it as a conductor for your movements. Lastly, you can expect a new pathway to connect to yourself and reap the benefits of conscious work with your energy/life force.

Harper and Midwest Kind Sound Journey $45 Purchase required to enroll

Award winning Australian musicians (14 x music awards in 4 countries) and sound healers: Peter D. Harper and Bobbi Llewellyn- Harper present a workshop about the ancient Australian Indigenous wind instrument called the “Didgeridoo” (Yidaki / Mako). The Husband and wife team will discuss the many types of didgeridoos available, how they are made, played and their use in Indigenous ceremonies and healing. Didgeridoo droning is a profound form of vibrational healing. The sonic vibrations release physical pain, grief, loss, stress and emotional blockages. Tune into your truth and become your sound. Peter and Bobbi use didgeridoo sound vibration, color card color therapy / vocal intonations combined with ancient wisdom to focus on each participant exploring the 7 chakras or 7 planet energy centers. The didgeridoo sound healing works on each individual person with the didgeridoo clearing dark / grey frequencies in problem areas.

A sound bath presentation will follow. A sound bath with the Didgeridoo is a powerful and uplifting meditational experience. A sound bath session can expose emotions that need to be cleared. In addition to the Didgeridoo, Peter and Bobbi incorporate mesmerizing male/ female vocal intonations and harmonies using power vowels/ words which bring participants into a deep state of mediation. The Didgeridoo / Singing Ceremony has been used for thousands of years to help the Indigenous people of Australia to find their way across the land as they literally sing manifestation into existence. Everything is frequency and so when we tune into the frequency of the land, we can manifest what we need. The frequency range alters our brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation through what is known as brainwave entrainment. The sound can be felt and heard and works on all levels to bring you back to a state of what is natural. The Australian indigenous message sticks, Navajo – The Dine` traditional drum, Native American “love” Flute, crystal singing bowls, harmonica, tongue drum and keyboard drones are included in their inspirational and healing sound scape. Peter and Bobbi have presented their workshops worldwide in the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and China .
