This is a slow-moving, gentle vinyasa practice that has been curated to calm the nervous system. Drawing upon insight, energy and the restorative power of the Moon, this moving meditation encourages reconnecting to the natural flow of life through prana, the universal source of breath, life force, and conscious intelligence. Class ends with a long, spacious savasana bathed in sound vibration.This class is infused with the traditions of Bhakti yoga such as music, story, poetry and creative movement.

Prepare yourself for deep relaxation and rest. Restorative yoga encourages physical and emotional relaxation through a series of supported poses. Each class will consist of 4-6 poses held for 7-20 minutes. During each pose the body is greatly supported with bolsters (yoga pillows), blocks, blankets, straps and other tools that allow you to breathe into your body and encourage the flow of blood and healing energy to joints, connective tissue, and muscles that don't always get your full attention. Restorative yoga helps to regulate your nervous system and stress response.

Bhakti yoga practice that harmonizes your body, mind and soul with rhythmic breath through creative flow sequences. This class offers a gentle practice - introducing beginners to breath awareness and foundational postures, and inviting those with prior experience to slow down and deepen their practice. It draws on postures and sequencing found by the Harvard Medical School to be beneficial for those with osteoporosis. Students focus on specific areas of the body, and indirectly specific elements, progressively throughout the coming weeks. Emphasis is placed on breath awareness and coordination with gentle postural movements.

In this mini workshop, we explore a specific technique to support your meditation practice. Topics vary to include both preparation for meditation (i.e. meditation postures, use of props, breathing techniques) and meditation styles (i.e. Himalayan, metta, mantra). Each gathering includes an introduction to the technique, informal discussion and practice, and ends with a guided meditation to embody your learning.

Join us in learning about one specific mantra each month to incorporate into your own meditation or yoga practice.

Mantra is an ancient vibrational tool used to focus the mind, connect with the divine and align one's energy. Mantra is a work, sound, or phrase repeated for mental clarity, emotional balance, or spiritual growth.

Mantras help calm stress, cultivate inner peace, and connect with deeper meaning in life. Learn about mantras and bring some depth and richness to your well-being journey, and spiritual life.

Come with any of your own instruments for healing (drums, chimes, bowls, voice, etc.) or extra healing instruments will be available for participants. As a group we will make collaborative sound by combining our instrumentation with some prompts for guidance. Join StudiOM and Hoffmann Healing Arts for a 75 minute practice that combines the deeply relaxing postures of restorative yoga with the soothing sounds of Native American Flute Music. This class will include 45 minutes of Pam guiding restorative poses to gently calm, nurture and restore the body, mind and spirit. Mackee will then close the practice with a 30 minute Native American Flute Meditation while participants rest in savasana.

This practice allows participants to gently release what no longer serves and make space for what you would like to attract more of into your life.
