As the body and mind are at rest, the vibrations release tension and anything that is no longer needed as we transition to brighter days.

Join StudiOM and Hoffmann Healing Arts for a 75 minute practice that combines the deeply relaxing postures of restorative yoga with the soothing sounds of Native American Flute Music. This class will include 45 minutes of Pam guiding restorative poses to gently calm, nurture and restore the body, mind and spirit. Mackee will then close the practice with a 30 minute Native American Flute Meditation while participants rest in savasana.

This workshop explores the fascial connections within your body and provides techniques and tools to help increase range of motion and mobility in trouble areas. You will learn about fascia, what it is and how it functions as well as specific techniques to hydrate and mobilize your tissues.
