In this gentle vinyasa-style class, we explore a sun salutation variation using the aerial hammock for support. We will find strength and flexibility in body and mind, from the energizing sun salutations to the rejuvenating relaxation in savasana.
Previous aerial experience is beneficial, but not required. All levels welcome!
