Aerial & Ground Yin - Advance Registration Required

Explore yin yoga – an invitation to move slowly and direct our attention inward. Postures are held for longer than usual (about 3-5 minutes), allowing a deep release of the body and mind. Through movement and stillness, you will target the deeper connective tissues in the body, putting a healthy stress on your ligaments, joints, and fascial network.

You may choose to participate in this class with or without an aerial hammock for extra support in each of the postures.
