Experience aerial yoga in this open style class for all levels! You will have fun playing in the hammock as you step out of your comfort zone and defy gravity to strengthen and tone your body, stimulate your internal organs and restore peace of mind. Your instructor will take you through a group warm-up stretch and then work with each student based on their level. You may opt to work on the basics of stretching and relaxation or play with inversions and tricks in the open portion of the practice Class will finish with an extended savasana and sound for deep relaxation.
