Lunar Prana Flow

This is a slow-moving, gentle vinyasa practice that has been curated to calm the nervous system. Drawing insight, energy and the restorative power of the Moon, this moving meditation encourages reconnecting to the natural flow of life through prana, the universal source of breath, life force, and conscious intelligence. Class ends with a long, spacious savasana bathed in sound vibration.The title of this class is inspired by Shiva Rea.
